Spring is right around the corner, and as hard as it is to believe, wild plants and mushrooms will be coming to life, and we will be tracking them down to put on our plates. Spring is one of the best foraging times of the year, not only are there Greens in great abundance, but tubers and shoots and leaves that make eating a real adventure. Join me for 3 hours full of information on Plant ID, botanical fun, and priceless information that can keep you fed for a lifetime. Space is limited so get yourself a spot now while they are still available.

This class like all others includes free access to kids 13 and under, and I encourage you to bring your children out.

The weather in April is highly unpredictable, so be prepared for anything, and most importantly dress for the weather. This means bring a jacket and rain boots if need be. We don’t cancel for a little drizzle.
