Late Summer Foraging for Plants and Mushrooms 9/14/2019

30.00

With the end of summer comes a time of extreme abundance for foragers. Most of the fall mushrooms are out in force, and a vast variety of edible and medicinal wild plants are out as well. It is in these times of abundance that one must learn to put away what is available for the upcoming winter. This class will cover plants, but with a heavy focus on the edible fungus that grows around us. The class will finish with a smorgasbord of deliciousness prepared by myself and my beautiful gal, and foraged foods cooking expert Madelyn Walters.
