Mid Spring Foraging/Food Tasting 5/18/19

In response to the recent class filling up, I have decided to add another date this spring. In this class we will be covering many of the most amazing and delicious mid spring wild edibles. But this class will not be like the classes I used to do. We will spend a few hours talking about the wild plants that grow around us, but then we will finish the class off by tasting a variety of foods that Madelyn Walters and I have created so that you can not only learn how to identify these wild plants, but taste them as well. I made the decision to switch to this model of class structure after a recent trip to California where I attended a Foraging class with the famed forager Pascal Baudar. I left so inspired to mimic his amazing class structure and now we are doing the same here. So come out and learn to safely identify wild foods, medicines and utility plants in a fun filled couple of hours!
