Summer is a beautiful season. The abundant spring greens have begun to fade into memory, and we move onto other abundant food sources like berries and mushrooms. Join me in a class on identifying and apprehending delicious wild edibles and medicinals. We will go through a list of the most commonly found wild edibles here in Northern Michigan and we will learn some of the most common uses and preparations of these foods. In Addition you will get a taste of a variety of wild foods at the end of the class.
